Hey Rustaceans! Got a question? Ask here! (15/2022)!
no i dont think so, it seems abandoned possibly, it also makes some pretty basic mistakes imo like this issue someone just opened up https://github.com/aisk/rust-memcache/issues/130 its also missing some commands
What are some alternatives?
futures-batch - An adapter for futures, which chunks up elements and flushes them after a timeout — or when the buffer is full. (Formerly known as tokio-batch.)
cached - Rust cache structures and easy function memoization
extreme - extremely boring async function runner!
bmemcached-rs - Rust binary memcached implementation
tarpc - An RPC framework for Rust with a focus on ease of use.
stretto - Stretto is a Rust implementation for Dgraph's ristretto (https://github.com/dgraph-io/ristretto). A high performance memory-bound Rust cache.
moka - A high performance concurrent caching library for Rust
eruption - Realtime RGB LED Driver for Linux
untokio - pretend tokio doesn't exist
hitbox - A high-performance caching framework suitable for single-machine and for distributed applications in Rust
