ReplayGain - optimal use for whole collection?
regainer can allegedly deal with different filetypes and use multiple CPU cores to run parallel scans, but I have not tested this package yet

rsgain - Syntax - need help
I think it was this version that I used. You don't need to install it from a repo, just install the dependencies, which you might already have, and use pip as instructed.
- Looking for a program that will examine a folder full of mp3s or flacs and list out ones with lower or higher than average volume
