[RESOURCE] Python library to download videos , images and even gallery images with a single post url without needing your own praw bot and without manual installation of ffmpeg
yep ffmpeg is used but unlike libraries like Redvid you don't have to manually install it just to use RedDownloader. It is installed when you install the package with moviepy which is a requirement for the package

A Package that allows to download reddit videos with sound WITHOUT installing ffmpeg
Thanks for pointing that out, yep i think there's a bit of misunderstanding i did mean that you don't have to manually/externally install ffmpeg as other libraries like redvid require you do so. Moviepy does use ffmpeg quite alot so i'll be quick to ammend that. I have seen so many people not wanting to install ffmpeg cause it seems complicated to them so this project was to fix that up.

Possible to bulk-download cloud recordings?
I am new to Reddit. I just figured this out for the same reason as you (had 1,100 recordings) using the GitHub ricardorodriquez script - https://github.com/ricardorodrigues-ca/zoom-recording-downloader. It isn’t well spelled out with all of the steps and I don’t have the time to post all the specifics in a document or video just yet. Here are the basics for a Windows system.
- Anyone had any success programmatically copying Zoom recordings to another storage solution?
