Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Real-time visualization with React and D3.js
There is still a lot left to learn regarding the React, D3.js and WebSocket, but creating this demo application gave me a pretty good insight into the real-time visualization. It was fun playing with it, and I'm looking forward to learning more in the future. Also, I would like to emphasize that Reddit network explorer application, developed by my colleagues Ivan, David and Antonio, helped me a lot. For future visitors the steps that this user needed were: (Install python 3.7) git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/JosephLai241/URS.git cd URS pip3 install . -r requirements.txt Then edit the .env contained in the directory with the reddit api credentials

Question for using the Universal Reddit Scraper (URS)
I'm new to python, and coding generally. I'm using a great tool called the Universal Reddit Scraper (https://github.com/JosephLai241/URS) to pull some reddit data. It allows you to scrape subreddits, among other things. It creates a CSV file with list of submissions in a given subreddit with each one's ID as a column.
