Is elm-ui production ready today?
I’ve been using it in production for the last 2 years, you’ll never want to write css again. And if there’s stuff you can’t do in elm-ui it gives you escape hatches for applying extra css. Here’s a reasonably large personal project written with it https://github.com/andrewMacmurray/realworld-hasura

tool like paperless -ngx just for (eventually scanning), indexing and retriving documents in the folders they are. Suggestions?
Have you looked at Docspell? It has an Android app. I ended up using paperless-ngx but considered Docspell too.

I don't know about their features but apart from Mayan and Paperless-NG there are also Docspell, Papermerge, Iodestone, Hermes and Teedy.

https://docspell.org/ less popular than paperless ngx and with less polished UI but better features for my use cases (folders, audio transcription, email imports )
