Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Good Mouse Acceleration
Raw Accel is hands down the gold standard of mouse acceleration. If it's possible to just drag and drop it directly into Steam Input, that's pretty much exactly what I would want. Either way, I'll go ahead and explain the reasons why I like Raw Accel by sharing my observations about accel after using it for so long.

Help with m_pitch console command
First i will make a couple of corrections to your previous post: 1. Most players will find it easier to recoil with edpi above 800 up to a certain point since most grips generate friction against the mousepad 2. If you have the right setup (good mousepad, good mouse, mouse feet and arm sleeve) your edpi range will go up, so you can go from controlling between 700-1000 to 400-1600 (as long as you understand what friction you need) About your problem: 1. You could use raw accel (although idk if its bannable by faciet, so post on their reddit). 2. You could do the math to get the right ratio by increasing the edpi of your vertical axis with the correct m_yaw. 3. Buy a mousepad with higher vertical speed or an arm sleeve to reduce friction. 4. Buy a razer mouse or one that has the option to change the axis sensitivity. 5. Search for some software in r/MouseReview

Just picked up a Logitech TrackMan Marble FX
I use old trackballs such as this one with RawAccel on Windows. Tweaked the libinput acceleration settings on Linux. Haven't tried on OSX.

My Mouse Sensitivity Permanently Changed?
Remember that Raw Accel is open source, so anyone is free to point out where Raw Accel would change other mouse drivers or affect any changes once uninstalled. https://github.com/a1xd/rawaccel/tree/master/common

every seen someone play counter strike without using fingers?
I don't know if it would help, but RawAccel lets you make a custom setup for mouse acceleration. It requires a good amount of fiddling and adjustment, but it might be able to help you move your crosshair farther while still using a small area on your mousepad.

Searching for a mouse software
I don't know why you're asking in r/piracy but RawAccel what you're asking for

Does anyone make a "modern" Trackpoint/Poinitng stick with a higher DPI?
Anyway, most new Lenovo ThinkPads have TrackPoint IV (versus the original TrackPoint II used in the Model M4-1, IBM-brand Model M13 and most early ThinkPads). The crucial difference between TrackPoint II and IV (and III) is a negative inertia function that significantly improved performance. To my knowledge, Lenovo TrackPoints are still PS/2 devices. This means that any PS/2 Model M with an integrated pointing device and a PS/2 passthrough port (such as PS/2 EnduraPro) can be retrofitted with a newer stick by using the passthrough port daughterboard inside as an easy solder point. The challenge would be extending the stick to the needed length without compromising performance. I never tried such a mod though since InterAccel for Windows was able to boost the old TrackPoints to an acceptable performance for me. But what I said should be theoretically possible. Iirc, Troy @ Unicomp once told us in a QnA that he's heard of a modern stick being retrofitted into an EnduraPro before.

Angle snapping/ Raw Accel
I use inter accel. https://github.com/KovaaK/InterAccel and the i am facing the same issue. How can i solve it???? Any tips????

I cant play!! (Interception Driver)
I recall having an issue with this a few years ago when I switched from using InterAccel to RawAccel. It turned out that the Kovaak package for InterAccel contained Interception driver version 1.0.0. However, there's a 1.0.1 version of the Interception driver that had fixed a bug to do with uninstalling.

People that own and use a Model M13, do you use it alongside a mouse/trackball or instead of a mouse/trackball.
You could try InterAccel as mentioned by /u/SharktasticA above.

Some more IBM Model M13 photos (ft. 1998 Maxi Switch & 2004 Unicomp)
For the black one (which has an IBM TrackPoint II stick), it's okay but the lack of negative inertia - the feature that makes TrackPoint III and current IV faster - is noticeable. The mouse buttons are on the gummy side. For the beige one (which has a Lexmark/Unicomp FSR stick), it's not great but Unicomp has at least improved the mouse buttons considerably. In both cases, InterAccel for Windows makes a huge difference. leetmouse seems to be the Linux equivalent but I haven't experimented with it yet.

Is there a way to make the aiming more linear?
The program you seek to fix it to your liking (you'll do lots of trial error to find your own curve/linear) is called https://github.com/a1xd/rawaccel which is a fork of https://github.com/KovaaK/InterAccel by the most notorious gamer in these matters. Youtube has some videos on how to use each program (very different approaches, same method) so find and watch them to learn.

I don't understand mouse acceleration. How does it work?
What i am trying to achieve is Linear mouse acceleration as i could with RawAccel and InterAccel https://github.com/KovaaK/InterAccel under windows.

Looking for more mouse acceleration customization
I like to use a linear acceleration curve on windows for competitive gaming and am looking to use something similar on Ubuntu 21.10.
