My Lily58 Aurora "Mission Control" with custom laser engraved keycaps and pixel art
I then used the excellent QMK Logo Editor (in raw mode) to convert the frames into code that the OLED driver in QMK can render. I also created my own 8x8 pixel font, which allowed me to split the artwork in even 8x8 pixel tiles.

Who’s the imposter?
Haha. That’s what I used to have too! It’s actually not that difficult :). I followed this tutorial and then manually cleaned the images up a bit with this website. Probably took me an hour and a half in total but it was my first time doing it and I had to do both photos :).

How to Use OLED Displays with QMK Firmware
https://joric.github.io/qle/ is potentially better, since it also generates qmk code

Need some help with the oled on my corne.
You'd have to edit the font file first. This is all displayed as characters, designed so that when shown together they make an image. Each static char const in the oled_icons.c is a list of which characters from the font file to display.

Change layer names and OLED Display on HotDox V2 ?
If it's QMK and you set up a local build environment, there should be a ´bool oled_task_user(void) {}´ in your keymap.c where you can then change the strings used, or replace the font c file to change the logo art, or even slim the firmware by skipping using the standard font system.

Has anyone managed to run a sofle choc with a rp2040?
Sounds like you are at least as knowledgeable as I on this stuff (not saying much;>). I use a Boardsource Blok in my klor, which is an rp2040. If it helps you can check out my repo

Finally. My KLOR with trackpad mod is done.
yup, here is my repo. There are STLs for Yubitsume and Saegewerk, though I have only tested the Yubi. The blender files are in there if you want to improve on my simplistic design; I don't have a great aesthetic eye.
