Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I just bought a T480s, have some questions
anyone got the fingerprint reader to work? arch wiki says the default one in Linux doesn't work and suggest using this - https://github.com/uunicorn/python-validity

I don't have a Lenovo, I have a Dell, but while tinkering to get the fingerprint reader on my machine working, I had come across this (and I understand it works for Lenovo).

Update - I've put Arch back on it for diagnosis, and with this repo from the AUR I've got it working again.

With waypipe we now have something that sort of works like x11 forwarding. There used to be a piece of software called x2x that would let you move your mouse off of one screen and on to another.
