In any case, it seems to a feed generated using this tool. Presumably, there are podcast applications that can utilize this.

If you're on desktop there's ZSpotify. Only Spotify downloader I've found that actually downloads from Spotify's servers not YouTube or something. Command line only though so its kinda tricky to get running.

Depends on how comfortable you are with command line tools, and if your preferred podcast app will let you import audio files, or you're willing to set up your own xml feed. Advanced stuff tho, and don't know if it's worth the work.
