You could take a look at Amcrest. Looks like they integrate with Home Assistant and Python. I have a couple Amcrests streaming to a BlueIris server but I haven’t tried to integrate them into HA or Python.

Have you even looked at the Dockerfile? It uses Docker because it's easier than asking users to install node, python, redis and all the dance needed to spin up the docker-compose.yml.
