Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

coBib 3.2 Released - The console Bibliography for power users!
Downloading PDFs: this is now supported for arXiv and DOI additions. ISBNs are much less trivial but I don't think Zotero/Mendeley support this either. Addition via direct Journal landing pages is planned (see here).
Hi everyone! A while back I shared my personal project called coBib with you. Since then, a lot has happened and coBib has grown significantly. I like to think of it as the console Bibliography for the power user.
This is exactly the feature which I want to address as part of version 3.3 as outlined in this issue. Right now, the workflow is the following:
