You can also use tools like Simplewall, Wireshark, Sandboxie /Cuckoo Sandbox, Process Explorer/Process Hacker to help you with this analyze and also to protect you system and data.

I wrote a DLL Injector with Rust.
Interesting project, nice use of the egui crate. I usually write this kind of thing in C, might be a good time to RIIR. I personally prefer the windows crate because it is official and generated directly from the API metadata. FYI Process Hacker can do DLL injection and a lot more, in case you're looking for a powerful tool

Windows 10 keeps popping up a command prompt for a second before closing. It interrupts games by tabbing them out. Is there a way to see what service is doing this?

So a bit of an odd issue
Could be some pre-installed bloatware. Process Hacker, which is a beefed-up Task Manager, helped me isolate needless services and processes that were clogging up my CPU. It made a noticeable difference once I pruned out the detritus, plus it has a feature to always launch noita.exe with High CPU priority.

Hardening Firefox – a checklist for improved browser privacy
uMatrix can be (somewhat) replicated by setting up uBlock Origin with multiple modes and using the "Relax Blocking Mode" hockey.
So for instance you can start with an extremely restrictive mode like noJS/3rd-party/images, then with each press of the hoykey it relaxes to noJS/3rd-party, then noJS/embeds, then no embeds, then regular access (ie like uBO comes configured out-of-the-box).

Why does the US Visa application website do a port-scan of my private network?
uMatrix is archived and I think uBlockOrigin is now advised to use(which incorporate uMatrix by enabling advanced settings)
For those who want to try blocking more stuff you can enable hard mode and bind relax blocking mode keyboard shortcut
I'd recommend also enabling filter lists(I advice yokoffing/filterlists and your region/language)

uBlock Origin Lite now available for Safari
It was a fork. I'm not sure what you mean exactly by "unofficial". Gorhill said at the time that he didn't have time to maintain a Safari version, but he was aware of the fork, which mostly shared code with upstream, and seemingly endorsed the fork.
