Is there a plan for an immutable version of POP OS?
Same kinda deal with their btrfs snapshots. An announcement that it's coming with a new iso, a couple days of work, and then nothing for the last year.

Pop!OS not setting up subvolumes for btrfs has to be done manually which is a pain.
I've been waiting for this to happen too: https://github.com/pop-os/snapshot

GUI tool for btrfs snapshots of data volume
Shameless plug, but there’s Butter
- Butter: yet another Btrfs snapshot manager and automatic snapshot scheduler built with Rust and GTK4
What are some alternatives?
When comparing snapshot and butter you can also consider the following projects:
alacritty - A cross-platform, OpenGL terminal emulator.
pg_branch - Experimental Postgres extension for quickly branching databases through file system snapshots
runst - A dead simple notification daemon 🦡
Optimizing-linux - A simple guide for optimizing linux 🐧 in detail
gnome-shell-extension-pop-snapshot - A simple GNOME Shell extension for notifying the user when a snapshot is restored
rnote - Sketch and take handwritten notes.
popsec - WIP Pop!_OS Security Daemon and Settings
httm - Interactive, file-level Time Machine-like tool for ZFS/btrfs/nilfs2 (and even actual Time Machine backups!)
Relm4 - Build truly native applications with ease!
