As for full text export, it's possible to grab API keys from their web app to gain privileged API access. There are some tools which can leverage this access, see pockexport – see "chaotic way".

I downloaded my reddit comment history, here's the code I used...
I read my old notes again and I stand corrected. I used the following script https://github.com/karlicoss/rexport at the time of my takout. I had to feed the script with my credentials, so no, you cannot use it without logging in.
