- add-pnpfile is failing with list view threshold

Trying to move a large subfolder of a SharePoint document library to a subfolder of a different document library, getting list view threshold error.
I found one example here: https://github.com/pnp/PnP-PowerShell/issues/2366 that looks really close to what I want to do, but I can't get the syntax right. Here is my attempt at modifying the code. This still gives the same error about exceeding the list view threshold
