Trying to move a large subfolder of a SharePoint document library to a subfolder of a different document library, getting list view threshold error.
I found one example here: https://github.com/pnp/PnP-PowerShell/issues/2366 that looks really close to what I want to do, but I can't get the syntax right. Here is my attempt at modifying the code. This still gives the same error about exceeding the list view threshold

Where do I post to troubleshoot issues such as the one I have - Connect-PnPOnline -UseWebLogin fails, login window disappears
Almost definitely a cache issue, see the same symptom here: https://github.com/pnp/PnP-PowerShell/issues/1213

Connecting to a government owned SharePoint sub-site using smart card or Windows credentials?
The closest to a solution I have gotten was based on this github issue in which the author of the package recommends using http.cookiejar to manually store the cookies and pass them as the credentials. I have manually located the credentials within my browser's developer tools and followed the instructions but I'm still getting a "403: forbidden url" error.
