How in the world do I install extensions?
The simpliest way is to go to the GitHub of the pluggin (https://github.com/Lacro59/playnite-successstory-plugin/releases/tag/v1.4.3) and download the .pext file. Then you can simply drag and drop over the app

Any theme that allow for adding custom completion status icons?
As far as I know, that's not possible currently. It is possible to fork any theme and add them yourself. I use eMixedNiteMC and created a fork to add a custom completion status. Here is what I changed in that theme. I had some help from the discord, so if you want to do the same thing, I recommend you join the discord and try it out.
