I use Shreddit for the purpose by Reddit's rate-limiting is a major headache.
Not even close to hitting the rate limit...but still getting 429's

Not fixed, still rate limiting. I added: ratelimit_seconds=45 to my praw.ini and now it's working.
Privacy is one of those things few will pay attention to, until everyone realizes they need it.
