[Legends Arceus] Guide and Tool for Retail (No CFW, No Sysbot) PLA RNG Manipulation
Hello r/pokemonrng! Recently there have been some developments in retail legends arceus rng manipulation (or at least developments in its ease of use) and I've written a rough guide on the entire process. The tool is called pla-reverse-gui, and it would not be possible without the initial work of pattirudon's larng-java!

Atmos-rng - Atmospheric randomness
Making this project started with finding out about random.org and thinking, what if I make a library to interact with it while being very simple to use. So I did just that with Atmos. I don't know if it can or should be used with cryptography, but perhaps replacing the use of the "random" library or "secrets" library instead. (For now, At least until someone can help certify that it can be used for cryptography)
