Arch Linux at work is the best
My Sway setup is super bespoke, and I got sick of setting it up all the time. So, I just took a weekend and wrote an install script. Now I can be up and running faster than Ubuntu or Pop or whatever.

Your ideal "fresh" install?
I use Ansible to handle my initial setup. See roles/archlinux/tasks to see what gets installed. For bootloader I select based on the hardware- EFISTUB for Linux only, GRUB2 for multi-os. I follow most of the recommendations on the Wiki's Security page including full disk encryption.
