I use Ansible to handle my initial setup. See roles/archlinux/tasks to see what gets installed. For bootloader I select based on the hardware- EFISTUB for Linux only, GRUB2 for multi-os. I follow most of the recommendations on the Wiki's Security page including full disk encryption.

I use btrfs with luks2 and systemd-boot, dvorak, Plasma and my build of zsh and neovim. Since I'm lazy and don't want to do things twice (because sometimes I get things wrong) I created scripts to set up everything for me.
