Best CLI apps and programs when SSH just works?
This looks like a fork of mps-youtube which I used and liked before the development stopped. Nowadays I use pipe-viewer from trizen which is not reliant on npm and feels lighter as far as I can tell. https://github.com/trizen/pipe-viewer

This might be a repost but I was wondering if on there was a program (linux debian based) that would allow you to make searches on youtube for videos (preferely based on mpv) kinda line ani-cli for gogoanime ? (or if there's a way to repurpose ani-cli to search on youtube)
https://github.com/trizen/youtube-viewer is the one that I use right now

youtube-viewer is imo also really, really fast with loading a yt video into mpv (doesn't use youtube-dl/yt-dlp).

Did anything change to youtube ads? Not blocked anymore.
I say this everytime when qb + mpv comes up, but in my experience youtube-viewer opens URLs a lot faster than if you would just use mpv (you can test this from the commandline, mpv/youtube-viewer $URL — be sure the appropiately configure youtube-viewer first, so that it directly launches mpv). It also has a pretty nice config for storing youtube-related playback preferences.
