I digitized an electric organ using a pi pico!
I don't know if this is the right subreddit for vpo's but if anyone is interested in the process the code/how this was completed is available here.
The project uses a pi pico and 14 mcp23017 pin expanders to handle 231 digital inputs, and and additional 2 analog inputs for expression pedals. Source code and how this was done available here.

Have you heard about "PicoTouch" already? It's a MIDI keyboard with touch buttons, Raspi Pico powered, by the same creator as of this submission:
