Fuck Googling
I've just blocked Quora from ever appearing in my google searches because of how un-helpful their website is despite being host to so many useful questions. I have no idea how one website can claim to fill the niche of Yahoo Answers yet fail to provide absolutely any of the value. Blocking it has vastly improved my Googling experience.

I hate codegrepper. Unrelated snippets are somehow the first Google result.
I use Personal Blocklist and added stuff like geeksforgeeks.org or cplusplus.com. It seems codegrepper earned a place on the list as of today

Way more John Oliver than I expected...
Just recently someone made a GreaseMonkey script that changes the frontend to look more old.reddit like. Usability features will come as fast as people can contribute the spare time and effort to add it in.

Hey /r/piracy. Reddit admins de-modded the captain and put a sword to the mod-team's necks to re-open. It seems they really demand valuable input from pirates. I look forward to you to taking this tacit Reddit endorsement of digital piracy to heart in the coming days!
You can install an old.reddit lookalike theme using either of these two userscripts: https://github.com/soundjester/lemmy_monkey/tree/main. IMO the compact theme looks better than old.reddit.
