Is it possible to change some of the Actor Value names with a .dll plugin?
If you just want change name for yourself to track your changes you can try HEX editing game executable. The only hint i can give - it's probably not as easy as replacing value with new one if they have different lengths. Executables keep some kind of length track for integrity of content inside. If you choose this way PE-Bear and 010 Editor might help.
