    well it's hosted on GitHub that's free as it gets, you can copy the code and run it on your server. ps: it was written for a specific use case (to forward fx signals) so you may want to twerk it for your case. however, if you're looking for a free service that does this, that wouldn't be possible because it uses a telethon client which is basically your session and not a bot session. https://github.com/richardokonicha/parsesig
