Yep, it's becoming a bit of a white whale for us. As previously mentioned, the fact that we're all Android users doesn't expedite the situation :). That being said, it is very much planned, supported in the SDK, and *should* show up by the end of the summer.

I'll say, parsec. Check https://github.com/parsec-cloud/parsec-sdk also probably get in contact with them. They did something similar with plex and plex arcade, so you may be able to work out something with them.

How feasible is this idea? Creating a battery run audio transmitter and receiver over TCP/IP
I'd consider KCP protocol over TCP, it has 30-40% lower latency at the expense of 20% higher bandwidth.
