Who Are You Donating To This Holiday Season
PCB Tools provides a set of utilities for visualizing and working with PCB design files in a variety of formats(RS-274X,odD++, excellon files). pcb-tools this the github repo and it basically creates image by combining different layers in fabrication(top copper,internal,mask layer and all) Yeah you can use KICAD as well but pcb-tools seems to support a large set of files from KICAD and others as well.
