An alternative to the one above would be the open source vestacp https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta or Vestacp.com let’s you all of that as well as it includes softcalculas that you can subscribe to (dirt cheap) to allow sub users to easy deploy Wordpress and other sites with ease

with most of the OSes you could use VestaCP as web hosting panel https://vestacp.com/ there is a fork of it, named myVesta, that promises to be better but I don't suggest it for the moment

VestaCP? It has integration with Softaculous, which does install WordPress but I think only in their paid option.
