I think your only option will be to stay on 14.3 or update to latest ios 16.4.1. Since the iPhone X has an A11 processor it should be vulnerable to palra1n: https://github.com/palera1n/palera1n

Use Sunst0rm https://github.com/mineek/sunst0rm It will require a computer and some dependencies and the latest shsh (you can always get with blobsaver) that you can get right now, the ipsw you want to downgrade (check the compatibility list). You can easily find a tutorial.
