Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

Is every shop just behind a paywall now?
Do yourself a favor and grab a versatile torrent downloader like https://github.com/autobrr/autobrr and then host your local shop with an open-source indexer like https://github.com/a1ex4/ownfoil or any of the applications listed on that github page.
It isn't a piracy tool it is a service, they have to do security step to prevent bot making their server go to oblivion. If you want to bypass this you can simply download games via torrent and use either nut or Ownfoil.
