Just start from https://www.oracle.com/cloud/free/, you need a card that will be charged twice but returned either immediately or in a day or so, the charge is about 1-20 USD, which might be different since I registered back in 2019. unfortunately, it's the only ISP here. they unblocked 1.1.1.1 WRAP for 3 months before they block it again now, I don't know what kind of DPI they are using, but as I heard from PowerTunnel app developer that my ISP uses advanced DPI and he says that chances DPI can be bypassed is very low! now the only protocols that works for me is Stealth in Windscribe app and SSH in Psiphon app nothing works other than that, I have tried tens of VPN apps none of them worked. if they find a way to block SSH and stealth protocols they will do!

assuming you use android and are not rooted you can try using this app, go to setting then change the DNS to cloudflare (the normal one) or something else
