The DNS itself, or Warp too? If it's just the DNS, https://github.com/tina-hello/doh-cf-workers can be used as a DoH proxy but that assumes your ISP doesn't block Cloudflare Workers, and if this is part of a censorship campaign, they might also do SNI filtering that will still block websites even with encrypted DNS.
unfortunately, it's the only ISP here. they unblocked 1.1.1.1 WRAP for 3 months before they block it again now, I don't know what kind of DPI they are using, but as I heard from PowerTunnel app developer that my ISP uses advanced DPI and he says that chances DPI can be bypassed is very low! now the only protocols that works for me is Stealth in Windscribe app and SSH in Psiphon app nothing works other than that, I have tried tens of VPN apps none of them worked. if they find a way to block SSH and stealth protocols they will do!
