osu-winello VS Autodesk-Fusion-360-for-Linux

So I installed osu! using this guide: https://github.com/NelloKudo/osu-winello.git

I used to play osu on linux for months and didn't have issues. I have the game installed using this script (https://github.com/NelloKudo/osu-winello) and one day i tried to update wine to maybe fix an issue with kwin. It didn't work and the game just ran worse so i fell back to the stable version (wine-osu 7.16) and my game started stuttering a lot. I tried deleting the shaders so the game could make new ones and it still continued to lag. So i reinstalled the whole script and even if it's less it still lags a lot. i found a script someone made (here) but it just isnt working, when i use bottle i get an error that it failed to login, and when i use the script wget just times out. i manually downloaded the script, but the script has wget in it anyway. i tried adding -4 to wget, which didnt help.

A couple of us on github believe the issue is related to bcrypt.dll
