I find its best to just make my own in a word document with various headings depending on the subject I am investigating; I usually use a flowchart/checklist to do this. You'll find decent flowcharts for lots of different OSINT areas here: https://github.com/sinwindie/OSINT

Does anybody have any good tools for people OSINT (Maltego doesn't seem to be finding people as its meant to, tried following this: https://www.maltego.com/blog/how-to-conduct-person-of-interest-investigations-using-osint-and-maltego/)?
This flowchart from this GitHub Repo might be of help. Sometimes, tools for specific pieces of intelligence like usernames, emails or other identifiers are better at connecting the dots than people search services. At least from an OSINT POV.
