Learning Clojure as an experienced developer
Onyx is an excellent "real-world" project for studying all of the things you've mentioned. It is large, well-tested, and well-structured. Confluent bought the company a few years ago, and so it isn't actively worked on, but it's still one of the best large Clojure codebases out there IMO
