What are your second brain apps like Obsidian?
GOOGLE KEEP - like your usage of TODOIST, but this is my capture tool. I like Tiago Forte's thoughts on capture tools and PARA, so this isn't a todo-list, just a capture of ideas that may become a project or resource later in obsidian. I've chatted with the dev on keep-it-markdown which logs into google and downloads keep notes as markdown, so I don't have to copy/paste into obsidian even - https://github.com/djsudduth/keep-it-markdown

Version 0.5.2 release of Google Keep notes to Markdown for Obsidian, Logseq and Joplin
Instructions on use are in the README.md file here - https://github.com/djsudduth/keep-it-markdown

What other note-taking tools do you use beside Google Keep?
Used Keep It Markdown software https://github.com/djsudduth/keep-it-markdown [I think that's the right one] to export 625 Google Keep Notes via API and convert them to Markdown files. Then imported into those programs.

Transferring Notes from Google Keep & Evernote to Obsidian
This was not easy at all. I could not find a simple guide that didn't require any knowledge of coding. After some serious Googling, I found this method 1. Export your notes from Google Takeout 2. Import your notes into UpNote. 3. Highlight all of your notes and export them to Markdown. Unfortunately, you need to sign up for a premium account to do this. I don't plan on continuing to use UpNote, so I opted for the 0.99 USD/month plan which I've already cancelled. To rescue 672 notes, this was worth it for me. 4. Import the Markdown files into your vault.

New user, what system would work best with this workflow
There is a project called keep-it-markdown which enables keep notes to be converted to markdown using the keep API. The resultant markdown can be used in obsidian, logseq, Joplin or notion. You can also get markdown notes imported into keep https://github.com/djsudduth/keep-it-markdown

Solution found for the google keep to markdown login problem
For those of you using the kim.py downloader (https://github.com/djsudduth/keep-it-markdown) and having problems with login being rejected all the time, I found a solution for windows that worked for me:
- Importing notes from google keep

Super quick Obsidian notes using a single macro in Macrodroid
I just looked more at the OP, I thought it stored the audio as well but it looks like not? I'll look more into Google Keep, the Google Takeout thing might be good enough for me in the short term if I can't find a better bulk export but that's super kludgy. keep-it-markdown is all I've found so far that might be better.
