Well, I could offer the suggestion of using the NDI cam, but it's not always the easiest to setup. I've also had some good results using OBS Camera.

One of the other options could be NDI/OBS Camera. Obs.Camera supports USB connection for higher quality video, or an iOS NDI app would allow for wireless video.

If you want to use it as a camera via USB, there are a few iOS apps + OBS plugins, for example: https://obs.camera/ I don't know how well this one works, but just to showcase how it works.

Is there seriously no way to control OBS using MIDI on macOS?
The former mac OS solution was https://github.com/cpyarger/obs-midi/ but no longer works with OBS 28+.
