Seasoned Unity XR developer here. Just got XREAL Air and looking forward to stretching what it can do.
Some amazing ppl figured it out and made drivers for that. You can start from there.

OpenXR support via Monado is available (for Linux, Windows and Android)
I've implemented a driver in Monado now for the nreal Air which is based on my latest efforts with the custom driver for Linux: https://gitlab.com/TheJackiMonster/nrealAirLinuxDriver

Nreal Linux - Multiple Screens POC
Spent some time getting a POC working on Linux! It's quite promising, so I hope there are some Linux devs out there that would be willing to improve it. Unlike the Windows POC I made, this uses the IMU from the glasses for motion sensing using the drivers provided by Tobias (thanks!) here: https://gitlab.com/TheJackiMonster/nrealAirLinuxDriver.

Opensource SDK (driver) for the Nreal Light
Unfortunately I don't have an Air, but if anyone is willing to lend (or donate :) ) one, I could whip up a similar driver in a few days. Especially since I can build on previous works for windows and linux. I'd implement setting SBS mode, accessing all kinds of sensors, etc., which is not supported in those two drivers AFAIK. Once I've done that, people would be free to copy-paste the SBS-enabling USB payloads.
