EDMC Spansh-Plugin not loading
If so it hasn't been updated in about 2 years. Someone forked it and has been updating it so you could try that one: https://github.com/norohind/EDMC_SpanshRouter (EDMC 5.8+)

Fixed SpanshRouter plugin for EDMC 5.8.0+
It's likely that some of you have the same problem. I found this fork on github, it's updated to work with the latest EDMC: https://github.com/norohind/EDMC_SpanshRouter
