Is it possible to publish to IPNS with a public host like infura?
In summary a ipns will always point to ipfs hash which gets used like a dns entry always points to a ip address. If you want to pin via ipns and dont update the pins manually, i wrote a tool for that (https://github.com/justicenode/node-ipns-pin). If i didnt answer something or not good enough, so you can understand, feel free to ask. Hope this helps atleast somewhat.
