yes at some point i taught of this, quick search and i found magisk module for wireless drivers that add support for popular cards like the alpha, i flashed it sadly it doesn't have the ar5523 the one i need so i copied over ar5523.bin from the chroot to /system/etc/firmware/ quick reboot and still nothing, is copying the .bin enough? Idk the source code for the driver is available online should i compile it for my kernel?

But you can also root your phone, install Magisk and the Pixelify module on any other phone for that matter, and it will spoof your phone's identity to make Google believe it's an OG Pixel, and have unlimited photo storage. I did this on my Pixel 3 (non-XL) and it works flawlessly.

While experimenting with the Pixelify magisk module, I noticed that some of Pixel's features described as depending on "Google SystemUI".

You could try using pixelify module and only enabling Google call screening. https://github.com/Kingsman44/Pixelify I'd recommend deleting the dialer to get a clean slate for pixelify, not sure if it'll cause any bugs. I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumobile.manager.systemapp for deleting system apps with root. Make sure your apn settings are good, and everything with the name "carrier" "phone" "services" are in msgisk denylist except the dialer app.
