neural-style-pt VS Pytorch

I generated Neural Style 2021_11_18_08_15_07 with the content of this post and the style of a post in /r/AbstractArt using a neural style transfer algorithm.

I know about neural algorithms. Looking into that site, it looks like the person who created the site used this github project as a kicking off point, but again, that's just art generation from a standard neural algorithm. It doesn't have any capacity to do it from a word that has a meaning.

For anyone wondering, here's the AI I used as well as a tutorial on how to use it.

Neural Style

torch is a package to manage tensors and dynamic neural networks in python (GitHub)

TensorFlow
