M.C. Kids not running on nestopia
I just tested M.C. Kids (USA).nes with Nestopia UE 1.51.1 and it seemed to work fine. You can try the updated version or test the ROM in a different emulator. https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Nintendo_Entertainment_System_emulators

How to I fix this jitter in both audio and video in RetroArch?
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you have NstDatabase.xml in RetroArch's system directory, you can get it from https://github.com/0ldsk00l/nestopia

Onion OS not displaying multi-layer graphics on NES?
Your only real option would be to log an issue with the RA core developer to see if the can identify the cause and fix it.

Having issues running fds games with RA through Retropass on xbox series x
Log seems incomplete? Where is the part that says what file you are trying to load? Other posts with similar problems show more information about the problem, like "bios missing" or "core requires content". Anyway I think your rom might be wrong. Try a different copy.

Can't find disksys.rom
The problem is that I really can't find this file, i downloaded both lr-fceumm and lr-nestopia and I didn't find it.
What are some alternatives?
