Best you can do is refer to the official samples and learn by taking one of the samples and modifying it to your use case. The comments in the samples should be quite adequate.

You can compile c++ for android using the NDK.

cinterop is only for Kotlin/Native, where the whole application gets compiled to native code. If the target is Android, you want to use Native Development Kit (https://developer.android.com/ndk) instead.

Raylib is also well liked and, IMO, well put together if you want to look at a very approachable framework kind of project.

Given that you ask this question I assume you're very new to gamedev. So if these suggestions are too overwhelming checkout raylib instead. It's meant for C but very easy to get started with.

I would like to install RayLib graphics library however the build guide the author provided doesn't work for me. Here you can see that I entered the commands that the author provided however the library still does not work for as can be seen here because Raylib functions do not work.

If you want to develop GUI apps for Android using only C, you may also want to take a look at rawdrawandroid and raylib; both of them uses NDK under the hood.
