Best you can do is refer to the official samples and learn by taking one of the samples and modifying it to your use case. The comments in the samples should be quite adequate.

How can I use K/N with C++?
cinterop is only for Kotlin/Native, where the whole application gets compiled to native code. If the target is Android, you want to use Native Development Kit (https://developer.android.com/ndk) instead.

Build Android apps without an Android SDK using PicoLisp

Given that you ask this question I assume you're very new to gamedev. So if these suggestions are too overwhelming checkout raylib instead. It's meant for C but very easy to get started with.

How do I build a c library from Github?
I would like to install RayLib graphics library however the build guide the author provided doesn't work for me. Here you can see that I entered the commands that the author provided however the library still does not work for as can be seen here because Raylib functions do not work.
