Why would there be? As a developer, you generally don't broadcast roadmaps, because that's not the way development works. But even so, they have a generalized roadmap just for us, because people were asking: https://github.com/orgs/nanocurrency/projects/5

Still hodling NANO. Try your best to either make me sell it or keep hodling.
Camo Banano isn't really privacy as it stands right now. There is a Nano implementation as well, it just doesn't solve privacy on either network. But it works as well as Camo Banano does, as far as I know.

Nano layer 2 improvements
CamoNANO seems to not work reliably right now, but once working at least some degree of obfuscation is possible. This is of course different from real privacy, but for some use cases good enough

Is Nano's transaction transparency a problem?
There are some initiatives to make Nano more private, such as https://github.com/coranos/camo-nano-light-wallet. Almost all cryptocurrencies have this issue. Monero is one of the few exceptions
