where are the LVDSs in tang nano 9K board?
This is how I declared some TLVDS for this HDMI transmitter I made a while back, hope it helps for reference, let me know if something looks off to you.

I've been working on my own DVI TX implementation, just tried out an SRAM framebuffer and it works! 180x120, 64 color goodness

Learning HDMI (via DVI-D) output on Gowin-4/Tang Nano 4K
The HDMI output is a good start, looks like we both settled on the signed coordinates idea, but I settled with the PAL bars and a bouncy box, the image you generated looks a lot more impressive than my bars!

Generating video timing signals using VHDL
There are several resources on the web on how to generate a display signal, also a good number of different code examples. Here is a compact one I wrote in Verilog a way back: https://github.com/juj/HDMI_testikuva/blob/master/src/display_signal.v , maybe that might be easy to adapt to VHDL?

Resources to learn System Verilog for a desperate man?
That being said, when I was learning Verilog, I was watching nandland videos on many of the topics. Check out https://www.youtube.com/c/Nandland/videos , and used the online Verilog IDE at https://8bitworkshop.com/ to play around with Verilog, and produced toy projects like https://github.com/juj/hdmi_testikuva .
