    I don't know what features either the MIDI Mouse or the Gecko M III have, but you're right that if the device doesn't support sending out multiple MIDI program change commands at once, it's not going to work. I've done this sort of thing with software, sending a MIDI command into a computer using mididings to receive the input messages and then generate multiple output messages, but to do that you need a computer of some sort as part of your rig, and enough technical capability to be able to get it all working.
