You can look at PySimpleGUI. It is by far the fastest way to create a GUI and I made my music player using it.

How to run .py or .pyw scripts from Windows which have been developed using a virtual environment?
You may be interested in the utility psgshortcut if you're wanting to launch a .pyw file by simply double-clicking an icon. I use it to make shortcuts that I can then pin to my taskbar.
