Multiword component caused by different vue-cli version?
Your guess about vue-cli versions was correct. vue/multi-word-component-names was added to the essential ruleset as a part of vuejs/eslint-plugin-vuev8.0.0, which was then included in vue-cli v5.0.0-rc.0. So, the rule is not present in vue-cli v4.5, but is present in v5.

What is up with the exposure of Vue custom elements and properties in HTML via different naming conventions?
If you get CamelCase enforcement with ESLint working let me know how cause I couldn't get https://github.com/vuejs/eslint-plugin-vue/blob/master/docs/rules/component-name-in-template-casing.md to work. Although I'm using Vue 3 with script setup so that may be why.
